Refund policy
Your satisfaction means the world to me, and I want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds:
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Original paintings can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included.
FINE ART PRINTS
- Unframed paper prints and canvas prints are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Framed paper prints are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If your purchase came with a complimentary gift and you decide to return the item, the gift must be returned as well—or its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Custom & Commissioned Pieces
Custom orders, commissioned paintings, personalized pieces, and items made to bespoke specifications are non-returnable. If you have any questions about your specific piece before ordering, I’d love to help—just reach out.
Damaged Items
I package all orders with extreme care, and damages are very rare. However, if your artwork arrives damaged:
- Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage, including the packaging.
- Also inform the courier if possible, so we can open a claim.
If damage is reported after 24 hours, I may not be able to process a replacement.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email me at [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange. Once accepted, I’ll provide the return address and full instructions. Please don’t send anything back without contacting me first, as I won’t be able to accept unsolicited returns.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you whether the refund was approved. If it’s approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note: banks and credit card companies may take a few business days to process and post the refund.
