Returns & Refunds

No returns or refunds for change of mind once order is placed. Please contact Andrea directly via the Contact Page if you have any concerns regarding your purchase. If you receive a product that is the wrong size or faulty, please contact within 24 hours of receiving your order for instructions on how to progress. 

Original Artworks and Prints

No returns or refunds on original artwork or commissioned artwork. The commissions that Andrea creates are very personal and based on the client brief. Colours and textures will vary from artwork to artwork, which is part of the uniqueness of original art. 

No returns or refunds on prints as these are made to order and individually printed through a print specialist before being sent directly to the client. 

Faulty or Damaged Artwork/Product

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging, as well as photographing the damaged product inside and email photographs to [email protected] with your concerns.
