Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout—so you’ll know exactly what to expect before completing your purchase.
*EU Customers: Please note that shipping fees at checkout do not include potential customs charges that may apply upon arrival. For more details, read below our Import Duties Information section.
Shipping details
- All orders are shipped within 5-10 days from the date of purchase.
- All shipping is trackable and insured.
- All international shipping depends on the destination country and generally takes 14 business days, in rare cases, up to 30 business days based on destination customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.
For international orders, you may be redirected to your local courier’s tracking page by clicking the “Continue Tracking” button.
International Shipping (Outside the UK)
We ship worldwide! Most products should automatically calculate an international shipping rate as a seperate line during checkout. If you have any concerns regarding the calculation, please get in touch.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT charges, which are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping for Original Artwork
To ensure safe transit and flexibility during shipping, all original artworks are shipped unstapled and unframed from the wooden stretcher bars. Instead, each piece is carefully rolled and secured in a protective tube, safeguarding it from potential damage en route. This method allows for greater protection while keeping your artwork in pristine condition, ready for framing upon arrival.

If you prefer to receive your artwork fully stretched on its original wooden frame, we can arrange for a custom shipping quote. Just contact us directly with your shipping details, and we’ll provide an estimate based on your location and preferred shipping method.
For framed artworks or bulk orders, a custom shipping quote will also be required.

Important Information for EU Customers
Potential Import Duties & VAT
Due to recent changes in international trade regulations, customers in the European Union may be required to pay import duties and VAT when ordering from outside the EU. These fees are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in your total at checkout.
